Manage inbound homeowner leads through the full sales cycle for Hometap's home equity investment product. Serve as primary contact from first call to close, maintain a high-volume pipeline in Salesforce and internal systems, coordinate with underwriting and processing teams, meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, and ensure compliant, empathetic communication throughout the application process.

Manage inbound homeowner leads through the full sales cycle for Hometaps home equity investment: educate, guide applications to close, coordinate with internal teams, maintain high-volume calls and pipeline in Salesforce and proprietary systems, meet sales targets, and ensure regulatory compliance and excellent homeowner experience.

Manage day-to-day underwriting team operations to meet productivity, accuracy, and guideline adherence; evaluate applicants and make investment recommendations; handle escalations and edge cases; monitor QC and emerging risk trends; coach and develop underwriters; partner with Sales, Processing, and Closing; recruit and plan succession; and adapt underwriting processes to changing conditions to achieve team and company metrics.
