The Senior Solution Architect will lead technical sales efforts, engage with customers, design solutions, and drive technical evaluations while collaborating across teams to improve customer experiences and product positioning.

Serve as a dedicated People Business Partner for GTM and other functions, driving people strategy, org design, performance management, compensation reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives. Coach leaders, surface insights from people data, manage employee relations and off-boarding, embed DEI, and build high-trust teams while supporting international GTM rhythms and scaling practices.

Outbound-focused SDR responsible for designing multi-channel cadences, performing account research, running discovery to create SQLs, maintaining territory hygiene, running A/B tests, mentoring junior SDRs, and surfacing competitive feedback to Product/Marketing/RevOps.

Own complex 6–12+ month enterprise SaaS sales cycles, build multi-threaded relationships across engineering and procurement, sell consultatively to close $500K+ deals, collaborate with Solutions Architects and Customer Success, drive pipeline and forecasting, and represent Honeycomb at industry events.

Own and drive core product features for large enterprise customers: onboarding, team/resource management, lifecycle automation, APIs at scale and IaC. Collaborate in triads with engineering and design, partner with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, lead product discovery, advocate for users, prioritize with data, and shepherd features from prototype to GA while contributing to the product management community.

As a Senior Software Engineer II, you will design and deliver backend systems and APIs, lead complex projects, maintain full-stack product features, and provide technical leadership while collaborating cross-functionally.

The Senior Revenue Accountant will manage revenue accounting processes, ensure compliance with GAAP and ASC 606, handle customer billing, and support financial audits while collaborating with various teams.
