The role requires experience hunting new accounts, selling into greenfield territories, and selling building technology solutions such as life safety, security, energy management, automation, or connected building software.

Designs and validates building and energy management solutions for multi-site customers. Responsibilities include developing BMS and EMS architectures, conducting site surveys, creating proposals and technical designs, integrating HVAC, refrigeration, lighting, and metering systems, configuring industry protocols, supporting commissioning, identifying technical risks, and advising customers and delivery teams. The remote U.S. role requires travel up to 50% for surveys, customer meetings, design validation, and project support.

Leads executive relationships and strategic account growth with major semiconductor customers across North America. Develops multi-year account plans, drives enterprise adoption of Honeywell solutions, manages complex negotiations, delivers revenue and profitability targets, and identifies cross-portfolio expansion opportunities. The role coordinates global teams across sales, engineering, product management, marketing, services, and R&D while influencing customer technology roadmaps and Honeywell’s go-to-market strategy. This fully remote position requires more than 50% domestic and international travel.
