Source, evaluate, negotiate, and close residential property acquisitions. Perform property valuations, estimate repairs, conduct due diligence, prepare contracts, and coordinate closings with realtors, lenders, buyers, and title.

Identify, assess, and acquire residential properties by following up on leads, valuing homes, estimating repairs and ARV, negotiating deals, performing due diligence, preparing contracts, and coordinating closings with realtors, lenders, buyers, and title agents. Conduct regular in-person meetings with homeowners to present offers.

The Recruiter will source and screen candidates, manage search firms, and assist with HR responsibilities including training and policy updates.
