Leads the Cyber underwriting division by defining underwriting strategy, managing a team, reviewing referrals, curating profitable portfolios, and evaluating complex risks. Builds broker, client, and capacity-provider relationships; drives premium, quote, hit-ratio, and retention goals; oversees hiring, performance management, budgets, and underwriting authority. The role also contributes to product innovation, governance, and division-level initiatives while serving as a subject matter expert.

Designs scalable, secure, resilient technology solutions aligned with business goals and enterprise standards. Creates architecture artifacts, evaluates platforms and integration patterns, guides implementation, leads architecture reviews, manages technical risks and debt, and partners with business, product, engineering, cybersecurity, and delivery teams. The role also supports technology roadmaps, modernization, cloud-native adoption, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across complex enterprise environments.

Provides operational support for employee benefits, leave administration, and multi-state workers’ compensation. Maintains accurate HRIS and benefits data, supports regulatory compliance, coordinates with payroll, vendors, carriers, and employees, administers leave cases, and manages workers’ compensation reconciliation audits. The role also responds to employee inquiries, improves processes, and ensures accurate reporting and premium processing.
