Oversees complex web and mobile solutions, architecture, quality, security, vendors, and distributed teams. Guides adoption of AI, cloud, microservices, DevOps, e-commerce, enterprise platforms, and modern development practices while mentoring technical talent and communicating effectively with executives and cross-functional partners.

Leads AI-powered content strategy and scalable content ecosystems for clients. Responsibilities include content governance, audits, information architecture, taxonomy, editorial frameworks, conversation design, dialogue flows, LLM evaluation, AI content pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review. Partners with design, product, and engineering teams to deploy conversational experiences, advises senior clients, leads multidisciplinary engagements, and supports account growth and proposals.
