Lead Workday reporting workstreams and full lifecycle implementations, designing and building advanced reports and dashboards using Workday and Prism Analytics. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable reporting solutions, ensure data governance and security best practices, mentor consultants, and balance hands-on report development with project leadership and delivery management.

Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise Workday solutions, owning integrations, data conversion/migration, scalable integration patterns, and custom Workday development. Serve as a client-facing technical leader, support sales and business development, and guide teams through large-scale implementations and solution delivery.
