The Lateral Recruiting Manager oversees recruiting processes for attorneys and paralegals, manages team performance, communicates with candidates, and shapes recruiting strategies to ensure diversity and efficiency.

Provide litigation support to attorneys including fact investigation, drafting pleadings and discovery, e-discovery and document review, trial preparation and attendance, docketing/case management, client and expert coordination, legal research, and use of litigation support and AI tools. Independently manage files, mentor junior staff, meet a 1500 annual billable hour target, and assist across multiple offices.

Provide substantial assistance in Chapter 11 commercial bankruptcy cases, including legal research, document preparation, and client service. Mentor junior staff and maintain proficiency in database management and legal AI.
