Plans and executes business development and marketing initiatives for the Corporate and AI practices. Responsibilities include deal reporting, market intelligence, research analysis, pitch and RFP development, client materials, cross-selling campaigns, events, sponsorships, database management, ROI analysis, and process improvement. The role coordinates attorneys and cross-functional teams while supporting practice growth, client relationships, and market visibility.

Supports the pricing team by analyzing financial, profitability, market, and competitor data; developing pricing models, reports, dashboards, and estimates; maintaining pricing databases and tools; supporting billing rate setting, alternative fee arrangements, matter budgeting, profitability tracking, and proposal requests. Collaborates with attorneys and cross-functional teams while using Excel, Iridium, and Elite 3E to improve pricing strategies and financial decision-making.

Develops and deploys enterprise AI applications and intelligent workflows using C#, .NET, Azure, Azure OpenAI, RAG, AI agents, and Copilot Studio. Designs secure APIs, cloud-native services, event-driven architectures, and containerized workloads. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, architecture, development, CI/CD, observability, governance, production support, troubleshooting, documentation, and knowledge transfer. The role collaborates with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.
