Lead administrative and financial management of FINEP-funded strategic projects: ensure regulatory compliance, prepare transparent financial and budget reports, monitor expenditures, support R&D teams, and implement process improvements to optimize resource use and meet project milestones.

Design and develop wireless power transfer and energy-harvesting hardware for IoT and wearable devices. Apply power electronics, RF and electromagnetic theory to create ICs and circuits, integrate solutions into scalable systems, optimize energy efficiency, and drive sustainable innovation for large sensor networks.

Lead the software platform product for predictive maintenance and PCM. Own roadmap, market research, lifecycle from conception to launch, stakeholder alignment, and integration with hardware and industrial systems. Translate technical analyses (oil quality, vibration, energy) into development specifications, support sales and customer teams, and ensure regulatory compliance and continuous product improvement.
