Leads industrial engineering strategy across a multi-site logistics network, managing engineers and major continuous improvement, automation, and systems integration initiatives. Develops business cases, ROI analyses, engineering roadmaps, governance frameworks, and performance metrics. Partners with customers, operations, IT, automation providers, and senior leaders to improve safety, productivity, service, capacity, and standardization across distribution and contract packaging sites.

Leads technical, operational, construction, warehouse, fulfillment, and facility launch projects from planning through implementation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and customers; develops schedules, budgets, risk plans, business cases, and communications. Evaluates operational and technology solutions, supports facility expansion and startup activities, conducts analytical assessments, and ensures safety, GMP, regulatory, quality, and stakeholder requirements are met across multiple concurrent projects.

Designs scalable, secure, and supportable technology solutions for customer implementations and enterprise initiatives. Translates business requirements into architectures spanning applications, integrations, infrastructure, cloud, data, and security. Leads solution design, technical decisions, implementation planning, cost estimation, stakeholder presentations, and risk mitigation. Develops architecture standards, governance processes, reference architectures, and reusable patterns while advising business and technology leaders on modernization and best practices.
