Own and grow strategic national accounts across North America by developing account plans, expanding revenue, managing negotiations, forecasting sales, and protecting profitability. Build executive and operational relationships with customers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners. Identify new business opportunities, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to deliver customer and commercial outcomes.

Supports sales throughout the customer lifecycle by handling technical inquiries, leading evaluations and demonstrations, configuring power solutions, and providing post-sales troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, training, and documentation. Collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service teams to deliver tailored solutions, support customized products, manage warranty activities, and provide customer feedback for product improvement. Requires travel across North America and occasional international travel.
