Lead advanced analytics and ML for partner-facing teams: build end-to-end predictive models (churn, lead scoring, health scores), marketing attribution and mix models, and maintain ML lifecycle standards. Develop agentic workflows and Claude Skills to accelerate work, mentor analytics team, and translate model outputs into actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and CX.

Provide first-line technical support for live virtual tutoring sessions: triage and resolve audio/video/connectivity tickets in HubSpot, use macros and AI-assisted drafting, escalate complex issues, contribute knowledge base content, and maintain SLA and CSAT targets while communicating empathetically with tutors and school partners.

Lead product for shared AI services that enable company-wide AI tools and workflows. Define roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, drive AI adoption and change management, write product requirements, iterate on internal tools, measure success, and collaborate closely with engineering and senior leadership.
