Leads architecture, engineering, security, operation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure, cloud, identity, DevOps, data warehouse, MDM, and governed AI platforms. Owns Microsoft 365, Okta, Azure, networking, zero-trust, security operations, disaster recovery, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations. Serves as a senior escalation point, directs vendors and MSPs, leads technical delivery for implementations, and may manage future infrastructure staff.

Leads corporate and commercial IT business systems for a biopharmaceutical company, including ERP, P2P, HCM, CRM, data, BI, and AI capabilities. Owns technology roadmaps, implementations, budgets, vendor partnerships, and stakeholder relationships across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial. Partners with the IT PMO to establish portfolio governance and reporting, supports R&D and GxP systems, and ensures CSV/CSA, security, privacy, and audit readiness.

Leads FP&A for Research & Development, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, month-end reporting, clinical trial cost modeling, variance analysis, and multi-year strategic planning. Partners with clinical, procurement, accounting, and executive leadership to evaluate financial risks, support decision-making, prepare board materials, and manage business development and financing analyses. The role also develops financial models, reports, and analytics while serving as the primary finance partner for R&D.
