Own the end-to-end user experience for Impinj’s enterprise software portfolio, from discovery through production handoff. Establish design systems, interaction standards, and foundational design practices while partnering with Product and Engineering leadership on roadmap decisions. Lead user research and usability testing, resolve systemic UX issues, advise executives, and mentor cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive UX/UI experience, strong enterprise product design expertise, and the ability to influence strategy without formal authority.

Leads global HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, benefits, employee records, HRIS data integrity, compliance, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR, Recruiting, Payroll, IT, Finance, Facilities, Legal, and external vendors to manage integrations, payroll data, workflows, and operational initiatives across 14 countries. Maintains HR processes and documentation, supports employee experience improvements, and ensures compliance with labor laws, organizational policies, and SOX procedures.

Provides technical leadership and customer support for RAIN RFID products, helping global partners develop RFID inlays and tags. Creates technical documentation, training, reference designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Leads complex customer issue resolution through RF data collection, analysis, root-cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Communicates technical solutions to customers and internal teams, supports product benchmarking, and may work flexible or on-call hours for global customers.
