Lead digital design of mixed-signal RAIN RFID Reader ICs from architecture through tapeout and silicon validation. Develop micro-architectures, executable models, and RTL; collaborate with RF/analog, physical design, verification, and CAD teams. Define DFT and low-power strategies, drive timing closure and synthesis, support post-silicon bring-up, and improve design flows and methodologies while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead RTL verification for RAIN RFID reader ICs across product lifecycle. Develop verification methodologies, SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, BFMs, assertions, coverage metrics, CI/CD automation, and constrained-random tests. Collaborate with digital, analog, and silicon teams to ensure tape-out quality and support post-silicon validation and product improvements.

Lead design and delivery of global compensation and benefits programs, own annual benchmarking and review cycles, ensure HRIS/payroll data integrity, partner with HR and Finance on staffing and equity reporting, advise on compliance, run special projects, and mentor HR team members on Total Rewards strategies.

Serve as the technical bridge to global partners and customers for RAIN RFID products. Provide expert hardware and RF support, root-cause complex issues, create enablement tools (docs, training, demos), run POCs, capture and analyze tag/RF data, and communicate solutions across internal teams and customers. Be available for global support and lead cross-functional troubleshooting to drive product improvements and customer success.

Provide first-level virtual and in-person IT support: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; manage account setup/decommissioning; image and maintain laptops/desktops; support printers and A/V conferencing; perform backups; manage inventory, shipping, and basic server/infrastructure tasks.

Review and process sales orders, verify details and inventory, monitor fulfillment, communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain OMS data and reports, resolve inquiries, and optimize shipping and inventory processes to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for ARM-based SoCs and microcontrollers, from bootloaders to Linux applications. Lead hardware bring-up, driver and peripheral integration, optimize performance and power, debug with hardware tools, write documentation and tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead process integration from development to high-volume manufacturing. Design and manage experiments to optimize process flows, analyze process/test/yield data, perform failure analysis and reliability testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and OSAT partners, and drive corrective actions for continuous manufacturing improvement.

Serve as technical liaison to field sales and ecosystem partners, designing and implementing RAIN RFID solutions. Provide onsite technical support, tag/inlay qualification, readpoint software assistance, demos and PoCs, translate customer requirements to product teams, and promote Impinj products across the US. Travel 25–50% including international.

Lead full-chip and transistor-level RF/mixed-signal layout for RFID and reader ICs, own floorplanning and tapeout readiness, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform DRC/LVS/DFM/EMIR reviews, mentor layout engineers, and drive layout methodology and foundry integration through production tape-outs.
