The Senior Staff DevOps Engineer will lead strategy for cloud-based infrastructure, manage CI/CD standards, and optimize systems while mentoring engineers and collaborating across teams.

Serve as the technical bridge to global partners and customers for RAIN RFID products. Provide expert hardware and RF support, root-cause complex issues, create enablement tools (docs, training, demos), run POCs, capture and analyze tag/RF data, and communicate solutions across internal teams and customers. Be available for global support and lead cross-functional troubleshooting to drive product improvements and customer success.

Lead microarchitecture definition and subsystem development for RAIN RFID Reader ICs, managing design from concept to production while collaborating across teams to innovate features and ensure quality delivery.

Lead and grow a DevOps engineering team to define CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and platform tooling. Own roadmap, standards, architecture, IaC, monitoring, artifact management, vendor relationships, and cross-team delivery practices to enable scalable software, firmware, and silicon releases.

Lead process integration from development to high-volume manufacturing. Design and manage experiments to optimize process flows, analyze process/test/yield data, perform failure analysis and reliability testing, collaborate with cross-functional teams and OSAT partners, and drive corrective actions for continuous manufacturing improvement.

The Senior Business Systems Engineer will lead D365 F&O systems design, optimization, and support, working closely with stakeholders to enhance business processes.

Lead and grow the Enterprise Applications team, own ERP/CRM/cloud application architecture and multi-year strategy, manage vendors and consultants, drive AI adoption, ensure SOX-compliant governance, prioritize programs, and advise senior stakeholders on technology roadmaps and tradeoffs.
