Support implementation, testing, troubleshooting, open enrollment, carrier integrations, and configuration updates while collaborating with Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, and implementation teams.

Business Analyst supporting a state psychiatric healthcare environment by gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, mapping processes, facilitating stakeholder sessions, and identifying workflow improvements. The role participates in SAFe ceremonies and PI Planning, collaborates with product and development teams, and supports UAT, test scenarios, traceability, BRDs, and status reporting.
