Lead cross-functional IT systems and tools integration across the M&A lifecycle, including pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close migration, application rationalization, identity and access, infrastructure, security, data, and collaboration technology. Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, cutover plans, dashboards, and executive reporting while coordinating IT and business stakeholders. Improve repeatable integration practices and use Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to strengthen program visibility, automation, and execution.

Develops pricing models, dashboards, and analytics for SaaS and on-premise offerings. The role analyzes transaction, market, customer, competitive, and financial data; manages pricing governance, approvals, discounting, automation, and SKU lifecycle processes; and recommends monetization, packaging, and licensing strategies. It partners with Product, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to implement pricing initiatives and present data-driven recommendations that improve growth, margins, and customer value.

Supports sales opportunities through technical discovery, solution design, demos, presentations, webinars, proofs of concept, and customer education. Partners with sales teams, customers, and technical partners to position cloud networking and security solutions, develop business cases, identify expansion opportunities, and apply AI tools to accelerate pre-sales activities. Provides coaching and mentorship to Growth Sales Engineers.
