Lead confidential, full-cycle executive searches for Senior Director, VP, and SVP roles. Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on search strategy, assessment, market intelligence, and candidate experience. Build diverse executive pipelines, reduce agency reliance, and provide talent-market counsel. Use recruiting analytics, applicant tracking systems, talent-intelligence platforms, and approved AI tools while protecting confidentiality. Coordinate interviews, references, offers, and onboarding handoffs, and strengthen scalable executive-search practices.
