Serve as primary client contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing. Manage ticket queues, meet SLAs, update clients on order status, document interactions, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, troubleshoot routine issues, and support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Verify candidate information by contacting academic institutions, employers, military organizations, and references. Handle inbound/outbound calls, document findings accurately, escalate complex cases, follow quality guidelines, and use multiple computer applications to maintain data integrity for client reports.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise client accounts as primary owner to drive retention, renewals, and revenue expansion. Build account strategies, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitor account health using data, partner with CSMs and internal teams, and ensure accurate CRM documentation and forecasting.
