Serve as primary contact for escalated client issues, de-escalate sensitive situations, troubleshoot and resolve problem jobs, maintain ServeManager records, support onboarding, and collaborate to meet departmental goals.

Own and build data and analytics for InfoTrack Exchange's supply-side marketplace: create county-level coverage and performance reporting, maintain partner agency data models, develop financial and capacity models for expansion, standardize sourcing pipelines, collaborate with Engineering/BI to productionize Snowflake queries, define KPIs, and drive data quality improvements to support decision-making and leadership reporting.

Provide customer support via chat, email, and phone for an e-filing platform; troubleshoot issues, de-escalate customers, contribute feedback to improve materials and processes, meet performance goals, and collaborate with team members while adhering to schedules and company policies.

Coordinate between customers and field agents to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment; handle inquiries/escalations; meet productivity goals; track orders and generate reports; improve tracking systems.
