Own the content strategy and roadmap for Instructure’s Mastery Predictive Assessment and Mastery College Prep Assessment. Partner with psychometricians, content experts, customers, engineering, data, support, marketing, and sales to maintain assessment quality, guide product direction, gather insights, define requirements, and deliver content at scale. Use data, customer feedback, experimentation, and AI tools to drive adoption, growth, and student outcomes.

Build and maintain production AI tools for marketing, including content generation, meeting preparation, SDR workflows, case study automation, and integrations with marketing platforms. Develop and evaluate prompts, monitor quality, troubleshoot live tools, document solutions, train marketing users, and support AI project intake. The role requires API integration, automation, basic scripting, strong communication, and comfort working in an evolving environment.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for shared platform services and cross-product initiatives. Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and internal development teams to define reusable components, translate technical and regulatory requirements into specifications, manage product lifecycles, monitor adoption and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement. The role also applies AI-enabled workflows and leads cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
