Lead and scale a one-to-many Customer Success motion: design the scaled customer journey, build segmentation/health scoring/playbooks and automation, manage and coach a team of ~6 Scaled CSMs, run reporting and CRM workflows, join escalations, and partner with the book-of-business motion to drive activation, retention, and expansion at high volume.
