Oversee project managers, schedules, budgets, risk, contractor and contract performance, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Establish governance, change management, and QA frameworks; report to senior leadership and ensure seamless handover to operations while fostering a high-accountability, safety-first culture.

Lead PV capacity testing and performance validation for utility-scale solar plants, diagnose DC collection and plant underperformance, and develop advanced energy models to optimize long-term generation and reliability. Partner across Asset Management, Operations, EPCs, and OEMs to produce defensible technical reports, recommend corrective actions, and improve portfolio performance.

Lead owner-side execution of natural gas-fired power generation and energy infrastructure projects from development through commissioning and operations. Manage EPC contractors, budgets, schedules, risk registers, technical reviews, QA/QC, permitting and safety compliance. Align stakeholders, drive project controls and reporting, support commissioning/startup and turnover to operations, and ensure delivery of reciprocating engine plants, gas turbine facilities, substations, BESS, and data center power infrastructure.
