Provides strategic HR consulting and partnership to staff and leaders, advising on employee relations, policy compliance, investigations, performance management, restructures, workforce planning, compensation, recruitment, and talent management. Collaborates with the HR team on policies, systems, projects, training, and service improvements. Requires Christian faith commitment, HR expertise, strong communication and conflict-management skills, confidentiality, self-direction, and occasional travel.

Provides project management support for planning, developing, coordinating, documenting, tracking, and evaluating ministry projects. The role works with the PMO and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget; maintains project resources and reports metrics. It also requires collaboration across the organization, adherence to policies, participation in PM activities, development of ministry partner relationships, and annual fundraising to meet an agreed budget.

Manages national marketing projects and campaigns from planning through delivery, coordinating tasks, meetings, budgets, documentation, vendors, and cross-department workflows. Tracks campaign metrics, prepares reports, maintains stakeholder relationships, organizes files, processes vendor contracts and payments, and supports marketing systems and process improvement. The role also requires periodic travel, independent work, software proficiency, and personal fundraising and ministry support development.
