Manages regional ION System program launches, installations, training, and utilization growth across existing accounts. Leads hiring, training, and development of the clinical sales team; supports key opinion leader development; communicates product updates; and partners with training and marketing teams to implement strategies. Requires medical device capital equipment sales experience, operating room or endoscopy knowledge, and salesforce leadership experience.
