Manage compliance for Invesco’s managed accounts business, serving as the fixed-income trading compliance lead. Responsibilities include developing pre- and post-trade monitoring rules, improving compliance workflows, interpreting advisory and regulatory requirements, supporting new products, leading cross-functional compliance projects, and enhancing technology-enabled testing and reporting processes. The role also serves as a liaison between business and compliance leaders and advises on SMA portfolio guidelines, trading systems, and risk-management improvements.

Build and deepen relationships with financial advisors in Washington and Alaska to grow Invesco product holdings. Deliver consultative, insight-driven presentations and portfolio consultations via phone, WebEx, office visits and events. Create data-driven client segmentation and territory sales plans, implement strategic travel rotation for boutique and non-metropolitan clients, and partner with sales leadership to meet territory goals.

Lead execution of strategic initiatives for Invesco's SMA platform. Scope and manage product, system, and custodian onboardings; define technical and functional requirements; engage vendors; improve reporting and dashboards; partner with Investments, Technology, and COO to prioritize roadmap and drive efficiency.
