Teams at IonQ

Provides day-to-day labor and employment legal advice to People and Recruiting teams; drafts employee lifecycle documents, state-specific agreements, FAQs, and training materials. Advises on leave, wage-and-hour, ADA, employee relations, performance management, and separations. Manages employment subpoenas, legal holds, personnel-file productions, contractor compliance, multistate requirements, and coordination with international outside counsel.

Administer and maintain IonQ's Salesforce Government Cloud org for federal sales: govern access and compliance, build declarative enhancements, manage data quality and releases, support Salesforce Shield controls and audits, produce reports/dashboards, triage federal requests, lead UAT, and maintain documentation and runbooks.

Develop and optimize quantum algorithms and applications for scientific and commercial impact, collaborating with partners and driving innovation.
