Perform end-to-end document imaging: sort, prep, and scan hard-copy records to produce high-quality digital images, index data into applications, maintain document control, meet production targets, and follow security and safety procedures onsite.

Supervise a warehouse team to meet daily production KPIs, manage inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy via WMS, and produce operational reports to support scaling fulfillment.

Lead enterprise architecture and design of secure, scalable cloud-native document and content management solutions. Drive technical sales, demos, and POCs; create TCO/ROI models. Govern technology selection and integrations (ERP/CRM), align stakeholders to delivery frameworks, oversee IT technical assurance, service configurations, and Statements of Work while gathering market and competitor intelligence.
