Lead and manage Site Reliability Engineering operations, focusing on system reliability, developer productivity, and strategic leadership to enhance service stability and streamline software delivery processes.

Lead company-wide FP&A including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting. Partner with Commercial, Product, Engineering, G&A, and HR on resource planning, headcount, and KPI management. Develop Pigment-based planning systems, enhance Tableau reporting and dashboards, improve forecasting accuracy and scalability, and build a collaborative FP&A team to support decision-making across the organization.

Assist the Research Data Science team by analyzing large viewing and demographic datasets, building statistical and machine learning models, developing data pipelines, prototyping AI solutions, and working with engineering and product teams to scale models for measurement and attribution use cases.
