The Senior Program Manager ensures successful delivery of enterprise growth programs, managing cross-functional teams, executing project plans, and maintaining alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsible for winning new business and expanding existing business across Jabil plants. The role manages customer documentation and contract guidance, supports quotes and customer visits, assesses manufacturing capacity and requirements, develops factory-specific business plans, monitors customer satisfaction and transfers, and supports sales, operations, and corporate teams. It also requires market, logistics, financial, tax, customs, change-management, and continuous-improvement expertise, with travel as needed.

Lead the architecture and integration of advanced air and liquid-cooled server rack solutions for large-scale deployments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and overseeing program execution.

Conduct market research, analyze financial data, assess competitors, and identify business growth opportunities. Develop business cases, proposals, presentations, and customer-facing materials while tracking business development metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams on strategic initiatives, partnerships, acquisitions, and other growth opportunities.

Leads end-to-end supply chain operations for an aerospace customer, including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory, warehousing, supplier management, and materials operations. Manages large, geographically dispersed teams, develops strategy, improves performance, controls costs, supports customer relationships, and drives continuous improvement. The remote U.S. role requires travel of 50% or more to El Paso, Texas.

Manages supplier selection, component validation, BOM pricing, sourcing strategy, negotiations, risk mitigation, and cost-reduction initiatives across design, NPI, and production projects. Coordinates DFM, FOT, PPAP, and APQP qualification activities; ensures components are validated and ready for procurement. Leads supply chain process improvements, supports buyers, resolves cost and quality issues, and manages cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers. The role requires technical drawing interpretation, negotiation, analytical, project management, and presentation skills, with up to 30% travel in the US and Mexico.
