Lead end-to-end enterprise growth programs (new site builds, expansions, facilities readiness). Own requirements through site launch using PMI standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, resources, KPIs, risks, and stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.

The Senior Program Manager ensures successful delivery of enterprise growth programs, managing cross-functional teams, executing project plans, and maintaining alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Responsible for winning new business and expanding existing business across Jabil plants. The role manages customer documentation and contract guidance, supports quotes and customer visits, assesses manufacturing capacity and requirements, develops factory-specific business plans, monitors customer satisfaction and transfers, and supports sales, operations, and corporate teams. It also requires market, logistics, financial, tax, customs, change-management, and continuous-improvement expertise, with travel as needed.
