Performs audits and assurance services for nonprofit organizations, including Single Audits under Uniform Guidance. Responsibilities include audit planning, fieldwork, workpaper preparation, financial statement review, internal control and risk assessments, grant compliance testing, client communication, and collaboration with audit teams while following GAAS, GAGAS, and U.S. GAAP.

Supports a tax and audit firm through client onboarding, document tracking, tax extension filing, QuickBooks file maintenance, financial data reconciliation, Excel reporting, client communication, scheduling, project tracking, and administrative support for tax leadership. The role manages deadlines, maintains confidential records, assists with tax preparation, and coordinates workflows across teams.

Oversee complex federal and multistate tax return preparation and review for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and high-net-worth clients. Lead tax planning, audits, notices, compliance initiatives, and client relationships, with emphasis on Washington B&O tax and nexus rules. Supervise and develop tax staff, ensure quality control, monitor regulatory changes, improve tax workflows, and collaborate on business development and practice growth.
