Design, develop, test, and support poultry processing equipment. Tasks include CAD modeling, FEA and MathCAD analysis, prototype builds, drawing packages, ECNs, field troubleshooting, working with manufacturing/sourcing/QA, and visiting customers and plants. Support existing fleet and recommend upgrade kits and spare parts.

Lead development and governance of a global design standards framework across hardware, electrical, automation, software and UI domains. Drive cross-functional alignment, create governance and decision processes, build design libraries and communities, and advise leadership on priorities to reduce complexity, improve scalability, manufacturability, serviceability, compliance and customer experience.

Manage and develop part of JBT Marel's global patent portfolio: assess patentability, draft applications and office-action responses, conduct patent surveillance, FTO studies, due diligence, and participate in EPO opposition/appeal proceedings while supporting global IP strategy and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
