Own Jerry's organic community across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok: build playbooks, grow subreddits, create scalable authentic content (using AI where helpful), coordinate with Growth and Content, and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Lead embedded BizOps analytics for a core business area (growth, product, AI, or partnerships). Define questions and metrics, build reports and experiments, surface insights, make data-driven recommendations, and drive cross-functional execution to impact key business metrics and scale the company.

Own Jerry's organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok. Build community playbooks, grow subreddits, create scalable authentic engagement strategies, partner with Growth and Content, and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Own and improve the customer sign-up and purchase funnel for the car insurance marketplace. Conduct product walkthroughs, synthesize user feedback, drive bug triage, design and run experiments, and deliver end-to-end product launches in coordination with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing while maintaining overlap with China engineering hours.
