Requires strong Reddit fluency, a proven copywriting background, and the ability to produce helpful, engaging, non-corporate writing.

Own a new product bet from early concept or launch through product-market fit and scaling. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, prioritizing roadmap opportunities, building and shipping products, gathering feedback, iterating rapidly, and navigating complex insurance or property-tax domains.

Own Jerry’s Reddit presence across brand-owned and broader automotive, financial, and consumer communities. Develop community strategy, educational content, and a distinct Reddit voice; manage reputation and crisis responses; track karma, sentiment, traffic, share of voice, SEO, and LLM citations; and share community insights with Product and Content teams.
