Responsibilities include site assessments, drawing and design package reviews, competitive bidding, vendor and fabricator coordination, fabrication schedule tracking, installation oversight, punch list management, inspections, warranty documentation, and decommissioning coordination. The role requires managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and traveling to project sites two to three times monthly.

Maintains and monitors critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, fire/life safety, and hot water systems. Lead and supervise a maintenance team to operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life-safety systems. Manage preventive maintenance, CMMS records, work orders, installations, inventory, compliance, training, emergency response, and customer interactions while recommending operational improvements.

Maintains tropical and temperate plant displays across The Spheres, exterior landscapes, and greenhouse facilities. Responsibilities include watering, planting, propagation, pruning, pest control, irrigation, plant transport, aquatic system maintenance, and innovative installations such as living walls and terrariums. The role leads horticultural projects, mentors staff, supports plant procurement, delivers educational tours and events, documents operational performance, and identifies improvement opportunities. Weekend and holiday work, physical labor, working at heights, and driving between locations are required.

Performs hands-on horticultural maintenance for tropical and temperate plants across interior spaces, exterior landscaping, and greenhouse facilities. Duties include watering, planting, propagation, pruning, pest control, irrigation, plant transport, living wall and exhibit support, procurement, and plant-system maintenance. The role also assists with educational tours and events, identifies operational issues, engages employees and the public, and participates in training. Work is on-site and may involve weekends, holidays, heights, manual labor, and varying climatic conditions.

Manages the full lifecycle of regional furniture projects, including procurement, redensification, decommissioning, installations, inventory, assessments, schedules, budgets, logistics, documentation, and closeout. Coordinates designers, project coordinators, vendors, warehouses, internal teams, and clients while maintaining project reports, approval logs, decision logs, and work orders. Conducts regular site assessments, provides recommendations, tracks assets, and ensures responsive client service and timely project delivery across multiple locations.

Develops and executes property marketing strategies, budgets, promotions, events, digital campaigns, public relations, and tenant communications. Responsibilities include creating plant-related communications, ordering supplies, processing invoices, coordinating schedules and events, supporting greenhouse and landscape teams, managing deadlines, and representing the program with clients, vendors, speakers, and partners.

Support JLL sourcing strategies for facilities and indirect services by delivering market and supplier intelligence, leading RFPs and supplier onboarding, developing sourcing plans for cost savings and diversity, managing stakeholder communications, ensuring compliance, and supporting supplier performance and quarterly business reviews.
