Own the product strategy, technology vision, roadmap, and delivery for JLL’s enterprise facilities and workplace technology ecosystem. Lead integration of CMMS, IWMS, workplace platforms, and AI/ML capabilities; define success metrics; develop ROI and investment cases; remove systemic adoption barriers; influence vendors and senior executives; and drive scalable solutions across engineering, operations, data science, and analytics teams.

Lead threat intelligence analysis across the full intelligence cycle, translate ambiguous questions into actionable intelligence, brief technical and executive audiences, partner with Cyber Defense and engineering to inform detection and mitigation, guide intel tooling and automation, and evolve intelligence requirements.

Leads a complex, multi-service real estate account as JLL’s senior client-facing executive. Develops account strategy, ensures contractual service delivery, coordinates facility and project management services, drives client retention and growth, manages P&L and budgets, oversees vendor relationships, and builds high-performing teams of 100+ employees. The role requires executive stakeholder management, commercial real estate and facility management expertise, MSA governance, financial leadership, and experience delivering outsourced integrated facility management solutions.

Manages complex commercial real estate lease and capital transactions for corporate clients. Responsibilities include client relationship management, transaction strategy, lease and purchase negotiations, reporting, budgeting, financial forecasting, market analysis, site selection, RFPs, approval packages, process improvement, and oversight of analysts and transaction managers. The role also develops cost-saving strategies, resolves transaction issues, manages brokers and vendors, and coaches direct reports.

Leads a unified AI efficiency program across commercial real estate service lines, including facilities management, construction project management, lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning. Owns AI prioritization, ROI measurement, citizen AI governance, production deployment, process reengineering, and continuous improvement. Influences cross-functional operational and technology teams without direct authority while aligning JLL and client objectives. Requires deep commercial real estate operations experience, executive program management, AI and data fluency, and Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement rigor.
