Develop site- and campus-level occupancy planning solutions including blocking, stacking, adjacency planning, migrations, and sequencing. Maintain CAFM/IWMS space data, track actual vs. projected office demand, produce floor/stack plans and communication materials, and coordinate with business leaders and facilities teams to optimize workspace efficiency.

Embed with multiple teams to rapidly design, prototype, and deploy production-ready AI agents, data pipelines, and full-stack solutions using AI coding assistants and AWS Bedrock AgentCore. Define reusable architecture patterns, mentor engineers, build MCP integrations and plugins, and drive technical strategy and stakeholder alignment across the portfolio.

Lead and supervise a maintenance team to operate and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life-safety systems. Manage preventive maintenance, CMMS records, work orders, installations, inventory, compliance, training, emergency response, and customer interactions while recommending operational improvements.
