Lead the design and delivery of data contracts and Delta Sharing across JLL’s enterprise data platform. Build governed, self-service data access, automated quality validation, shared data models, APIs, testing, and reliability capabilities. Integrate these solutions with ingestion, storage, and API frameworks; mentor engineers; collaborate with technical and business stakeholders; and create documentation that enables broad adoption of standardized data-sharing practices.

Lead daily operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems at a 24/7 corporate headquarters. Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, CMMS work orders, troubleshoot building controls, train staff, support emergency/on-call responses, and follow safety procedures.

Leads corporate occupancy planning and workplace space strategy for a regional portfolio. Analyzes headcount, attendance, capacity, and occupancy data; develops space scenarios, stacking diagrams, allocation plans, migration sequencing, and implementation schedules. Partners with portfolio strategy, facilities, project management, and client teams to optimize space, validate site audit data, enforce planning standards, and communicate strategic recommendations using data and floor plans.
