Lead prepaid go-to-market strategy and partner marketing for Samsung mobile products. Develop integrated campaigns, product launch and lifecycle programs, local and regional initiatives, channel strategies, and communications. Collaborate with business planning, strategy, analytics, product management, and sales teams to achieve revenue, market share, switching, and retention goals. Manage partner assets and strengthen product value propositions across prepaid channels.

Supports HR operations by advising managers and employees, conducting onboarding, handling policies and documentation, and coordinating dispute resolution. Oversees general affairs, facility operations, lease vehicles, vendors, invoices, space planning, employee events, SOPs, bilingual communications, and management reporting. Requires Korean-English fluency, supervisory experience, budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
