Leads customer research, AI and automation initiatives, pricing and packaging, product requirements, backlog prioritization, launches, adoption, and optimization. Partners with engineering, sales, customer service, finance, and technology partners to deliver scalable products, improve retention, and drive profitable revenue growth.

Lead BEC Legal Systems with full P&L ownership, setting strategy and driving profitable growth. Oversee cross-functional teams across product, sales, marketing, support, and operations while improving customer retention, operational scalability, and market position. The President will manage recurring-revenue performance, talent development, stakeholder communication, and potential mergers and integrations within the Legal Tech business.

Lead and coach a technical Support team while personally handling Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues for legal software products. Establish ticket classification, SLAs, escalation workflows, reporting, knowledge management, and AI-enabled support practices. Evaluate and implement support systems, collaborate with R&D and Cloud Ops, communicate during incidents, monitor client health, and drive retention and continuous improvement.
