Lead and build end-to-end revenue cycle and claims operations, handling claim readiness, submission, denials, appeals, payer follow-up, payment posting, reconciliation, aging, and collections. Develop payer- and program-specific billing workflows, configure claim systems, and drive cross-functional improvements to support scalable RCM processes and predictable collections for Medicaid managed-care, commercial, and other payers.

Build and own end-to-end product features across React/TypeScript frontend, Ruby on Rails backend, relational databases, and GCP/AWS infrastructure. Partner with product, design, clinical, and operations teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into simple experiences. Improve reliability and performance, mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and integrate AI-powered features into production.

Manage executive calendaring and inbox triage, coordinate travel logistics, support People with interview scheduling and event execution, own ad hoc administrative tasks and vendor coordination, and proactively identify operational gaps and process improvements across the organization.
