Provides techno-functional support for Infor XA ERP across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, and distribution. The role gathers requirements, configures and develops AS400-based solutions, troubleshoots issues, creates interfaces and customizations, leads XA upgrades, maintains documentation and training, and drives process improvements. It requires extensive Infor XA and AS400 experience, manufacturing-process knowledge, and occasional travel to manufacturing facilities.

Supports and enhances Infor SyteLine ERP across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, quality, and finance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, ERP configuration, reporting, APS/MRP planning, security administration, barcode and document systems support, EDI integrations, site rollouts, upgrades, testing, documentation, and user training. The role translates business requirements into technical designs and supports the full implementation lifecycle.

Leads the Chemical Safety sales organization and commercial strategy, owning revenue, gross profit, market expansion, pipeline management, forecasting, strategic accounts, channel partnerships, and sales talent development. Partners cross-functionally with marketing, product management, finance, operations, and customer service to drive profitable growth, improve sales execution, and expand customer and market share.
