Teams at Kainos

Deliver client-facing Workday testing engagements, primarily through manual testing and effective use of the Smart automation tool. Lead test planning, execution, documentation, quality assurance, and consulting activities while managing client relationships, expectations, deadlines, and commercial requirements. Develop testing collateral, present solutions, lead workshops, improve processes, capture lessons learned, and contribute to best practices. Workday Financials knowledge, strong communication, consulting expertise, and willingness to travel to regional customer sites are required.

Lead and scale Customer Success across North America for Kainos' Workday products. Drive retention, adoption, value realization, and GRR through structured success planning, executive engagement, and renewal readiness. Build and develop a distributed CSM team, implement playbooks and health frameworks, leverage data and AI-enabled automation to prioritize actions, and partner cross-functionally to improve reporting, forecasting, and customer advocacy.

Embed within customer environments to configure and optimise Workday EDM/HCM, resolve integration and configuration issues, enable client administrators, track adoption and maturity, provide technical health summaries, and feed product insight back to Kainos.
