Designs next-generation consumer hardware from early concepts through production. Partners with Industrial Design to develop mechanical architectures, prototypes, mechanisms, CAD models, materials, manufacturing approaches, and production-ready solutions. Applies DFM/DFA, GD&T, tolerance analysis, and mechanical engineering principles while collaborating with electrical engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and prototype shops. The role emphasizes highly cosmetic products, ergonomics, form, aesthetics, functional integration, and rapid design iteration.

Leads solution architecture for a healthcare digital value stream, translating business and product requirements into technical blueprints, roadmaps, APIs, microservices, cloud architectures, and integration strategies. Evaluates feasibility, risks, technologies, vendors, and build-versus-buy options; leads proof-of-concepts; defines non-functional requirements; and presents solutions to business and engineering leaders. Mentors architects and developers while promoting architectural standards, continuous improvement, scalability, security, and reliability.

Lead medium-to-large and complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, governance, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Partner with business and IT leaders, facilitate executive reporting and steering committees, mentor junior project managers, and improve PMO methodologies. Ensure technology initiatives meet strategic objectives, delivery targets, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
