Defines roadmaps, target architectures, data models, integrations, digital thread strategies, migration plans, governance, and compliance controls. Oversees integrations with SAP, MES, ALM, QMS, SolidWorks, and Altium, while supporting medical device processes, workshops, architecture reviews, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Designs, implements, and governs enterprise integrations for Teamcenter PLM programs. Defines scalable integration architectures and data exchange between Teamcenter and ERP, MES, ALM, QMS, CAD, and ECAD systems. Configures AIG pipelines, mappings, jobs, transfer modes, and synchronization rules; manages monitoring, troubleshooting, security, auditability, and production support. The role also handles data transformation, reconciliation, event-driven integrations, and stakeholder communication across cloud-based PLM and digital transformation initiatives.

Lead the architecture and execution of large-scale Teamcenter PLM data migrations. Responsibilities include legacy-system assessment, data profiling, source-to-target mapping, cleansing, transformation, extraction, validation, reconciliation, loading, mock migrations, production cutover, rollback planning, and post-go-live support. The role also oversees migration tools and scripts while ensuring data integrity, traceability, auditability, referential consistency, and regulatory compliance.

Implement and roll out Teamcenter X across engineering, product development, and quality organizations. Gather requirements, analyze processes, perform fit-gap assessments, and configure functional PLM solutions for BOMs, documents, changes, workflows, classification, and traceability. Support SolidWorks and Altium integrations, enterprise application collaboration, testing, validation, deployment, documentation, training, and adoption. Medical device experience involving DHF, DMR, document control, and design control is preferred.

Leads hands-on Teamcenter X technical design, development, customization, integrations, deployment, troubleshooting, and defect resolution. Develops BMIDE extensions, workflows, Active Workspace customizations, reports, utilities, and integration components. Coordinates delivery across technical teams, manages testing, packaging, releases, environment promotion, and CI/CD, and leads technical triage through go-live and hypercare. Establishes coding, security, maintainability, and documentation standards while communicating with stakeholders.

Supports aerospace composite manufacturing by reviewing and dispositioning non-conformances through MRB, authoring engineering dispositions, investigating root causes, leading RCCA, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. Provides shop-floor engineering support for composite, honeycomb, bonded, machined, and assembled products while collaborating with production, quality, manufacturing, design, and supplier teams. Analyzes quality trends, interprets drawings and specifications, and supports aerospace quality and regulatory requirements.

Analyzes the RFQ-to-award pipeline, consolidates and validates business data, and develops dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and executive reports. Evaluates win rates, proposal activity, pipeline health, revenue opportunities, and performance trends. Partners with program management, sales, engineering, estimating, and business development teams to improve data quality, standardize KPIs, automate reporting, identify process bottlenecks, and support strategic decisions.

Designs and reviews enterprise Genesys Cloud CX architectures, including contact center routing, automation, digital channels, integrations, analytics, and cloud modernization. Leads migrations from legacy contact center platforms, resolves technical challenges, identifies system risks, supports proposals and RFPs, develops reusable frameworks and documentation, and collaborates with clients and delivery teams. Preferred experience includes AI integrations, CRM and ITSM platforms, workforce optimization, DevOps, Terraform, and CI/CD governance.

Leads InterCompany sales strategy, revenue growth, strategic business development, client relationship expansion, and sales team performance. Develops and closes major opportunities through Kaleidoscope and Infosys collaboration, manages proposals and forecasting, aligns sales and delivery teams, and guides AI strategy for product development and engineering services. Oversees revenue reporting, account growth, hiring, coaching, and partnership development with Infosys stakeholders.

Lead medium-to-large and complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, roadmaps, governance, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Partner with business and IT leaders, facilitate executive reporting and steering committees, mentor junior project managers, and improve PMO methodologies. Ensure technology initiatives meet strategic objectives, delivery targets, stakeholder expectations, and compliance standards using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches.
