Verifies and validates EV charging infrastructure through system integration testing, test plan development, instrumentation, data analysis, and automation. Installs and commissions charging hardware, troubleshoots AC/DC electrical distribution systems, maintains lab safety and configuration, documents test results, supports field deployments, and collaborates with vendors on reliability and safety issues. Requires on-site work in Seattle and approximately 10% domestic travel.

Supports an Industrial Design Studio by coordinating design reviews, preparing leadership presentations, organizing prototypes and physical assets, managing studio resources, coordinating logistics, and developing internal communications and creative initiatives. Partners with designers, studio leads, producers, vendors, business operations, and leadership to turn creative ideas into organized projects. Requires design-studio experience, strong visual judgment, project coordination, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and creative AI tools.

Supports studio finance and budgeting, coordinates supplier billing and contracts, maintains operational tools and processes, manages studio space and archives, and coordinates tours, leadership reviews, offsites, and events. The role requires cross-functional stakeholder management, vendor coordination, operational leadership, comfort with AI and Google productivity tools, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
