Serve as liaison between Channel Sales and ISO/MRP partners providing daily sales and partner support, onboarding, Salesforce record management, partner communications, underwriting and submission assistance, recertification oversight, and cross-functional coordination with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations to drive partner originations and ensure timely, compliant processes.

As an AWS Software Engineer II, you will develop microservices, support legacy systems, and guide junior engineers, while improving operational workflows in an Agile team.

Support the Director of Brand Marketing to execute brand initiatives across online reputation, customer advocacy, digital PR, creative asset development, and video production. Manage project timelines, external agencies, and a centralized brand asset library. Track reviews, customer sentiment, and research-driven campaigns. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and workload management for a small coordinator team while ensuring brand consistency and timely execution of marketing programs.
