The Senior Billing & Revenue Analyst will own the billing lifecycle, manage Zuora systems, address billing discrepancies, support revenue accounting, and drive AI adoption in billing operations. Responsibilities include customer support, contract advisory, and accounts receivable management for a SaaS environment.

Own retention, expansion, and value realization for a portfolio of accounting-firm customers. Drive renewals, forecast revenue, identify upsell opportunities, build executive relationships, create success plans tied to KPIs, identify and remediate churn risk, and translate customer insights into product and go-to-market priorities while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex enterprise SaaS program for a strategic customer: own planning, governance, risk, stakeholder relations, cross-functional teams, data migration, integrations, rollout, and post-go-live health to ensure conversion to full commercial deployment.
