Provide hands-on technical leadership for Keeper’s cross-platform browser extension architecture. Design secure, scalable solutions using JavaScript and TypeScript; guide extension components, messaging, storage, APIs, native integrations, performance, and reliability. Lead architecture and design reviews, security collaboration, modernization efforts, and cross-functional technical decisions while mentoring senior engineers. The role requires broad full-stack expertise across cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, databases, application security, CI/CD, and modern web technologies.

Provides broad in-house legal support across employment matters, litigation, disputes, commercial procurement, and SaaS, partnership, licensing, and services contracts. Advises HR and cross-functional teams, manages outside counsel and litigation strategy, mitigates legal risks, supports negotiations, and improves legal processes, policies, and templates. Requires strong legal judgment, communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Drive new business within an assigned market through cold outreach, lead generation, full-cycle sales, product demonstrations, proposal reviews, and contract management. Build and maintain a prospect pipeline, develop customer relationships, exceed sales quotas, and serve as a subject matter expert on Keeper’s cybersecurity products. Accurately manage pipeline and account activity in Salesforce while collaborating with sales colleagues and resources.
