Provides technical leadership across manufacturing engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and project teams. Leads complex engineering projects, continuous improvement, automation, reliability, equipment and process optimization, and business transformation initiatives. Evaluates risks, troubleshoots technical challenges, supports compliance in regulated environments, influences strategic decisions, and mentors engineering professionals.

Supervise manufacturing and packaging teams across assigned shifts, ensuring production goals, safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets are met. Schedule personnel, monitor production metrics, train employees, maintain regulatory and union compliance, identify operational risks, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with business leadership to optimize labor, materials, equipment, and processes while maintaining standards for uptime, quality, housekeeping, and schedule attainment.

Leads continuous improvement programs across multiple external manufacturing sites. Establishes cross-functional strategies, assesses site performance, manages project schedules, priorities, risks, budgets, and dependencies, and drives corrective actions. Partners with Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning, Technical Operations, and leadership to achieve site goals, improve processes, support ERP onboarding and change controls, and strengthen GMP capabilities.
