The Commercial Analyst supports sales and credit functions, creates client pitch materials, manages loan processes, and ensures data integrity in documentation. Responsibilities include working with teams on credit approvals and conducting client due diligence.

Serve branch clients by processing transactions, handling cash, and resolving service issues (70%), while conducting financial wellness conversations, recommending products, and pursuing sales and referral opportunities (30%). Maintain compliance, partner with branch teammates, educate clients on digital channels, and meet activity and outcome goals. On-site role with occasional driving and Saturday work.

The Private Client Advisor will provide financial wellness and investment solutions to Mass Affluent clients while expanding client relationships through comprehensive financial planning and sales processes.
