Lead and develop a software engineering team delivering warehouse automation (WCS) solutions. Manage staffing, project portfolio, forecasts, and customer escalations. Drive engineering standards, project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while supporting customer-facing technical leadership and on-site project activities.
