Teams at Kiva

Support U.S. program operations across the borrower lifecycle: screen and approve loan applications, assist borrowers during campaigns, manage delinquencies, pilot process improvements, collaborate with partners, perform analysis and project work, and support impact storytelling and training materials.

The intern will support Kiva's Review and Translation Program by engaging volunteers, assisting in recruitment and event planning, and enhancing communication tools.

The Managed Lending Partner Success Intern will document and organize information, improve partner-facing resources, and assist with operational support, while gaining exposure to document management and cross-functional collaboration.
